Details
The challenge is to run your fastest 1km, record the result on Strava, and post it in either:
The Adwick Tri whats-app group
The Adwick Tri facebook group Link>>
or
Post the Strava link in the comments section at the bottom of this page
Just so it can be verified and added to the leader boards below:
Rules
1) The route must be recorded in Strava for 1km or 0.62 miles.
2) Play fair its just for fun, try and keep the route reasonably flat, no running down mountains.
3) No limit on the number of attempts, so you can always go for a personal best.
4) Outdoor non treadmill entries only.
5) Historical entries don't count, only entries submitted from the 20/04/2020.
6) Ideally as a dedicated 1km effort but will accept 1km split times over a longer run.
7) Open to anyone that is a member of the private Adwick Tri Facebook Group or Whats-app group.
